Like many of you, I have also downloaded the latest beta of Windows 7 and tried to install it. A quick tip: you can run the installation from a USB flash drive — 4Gb or larger. Hassle free instructions I followed are provided by Kevin:

You might have happened upon this player on more than a few websites. I just found it yesterday: a very customizable FLV, MP4, MP3, JPG, etc., player you can plug into your website and serve content.
JW FLV Media Player
After having used SlideShowPro for a while to deliver videos, I think this is a much better option. Very small file, configures in seconds, no extensions to install or Flash IDE required.
Great discovery today: a jQuery plugin for sliding images or content, vertically or horizontally. I can think of a few ways this could be useful in my projects. Now, if only it had a way to get these to change automatically on a delay — I am sure it’s easy to implement.
